• જ્ઞાતિ અંગેનું સોગંધનામું / એફિડેવિટ.
• મૂળ ગુજરાત રાજ્યના રહેવાસી ન હોય તેવા અરજદારે ગુજરાત રાજ્યમાં તા. 01/04/1978 પહેલાથી કાયમી વસવાટ ધરાવતા હોવાના દસ્તાવેજી પુરાવાઓ.

જાતિનો દાખલો મેળવવા ઓનલાઇન અરજી કેવી રીતે કરવી

Step 1:- Online Apply માટે ડિજિટલ ગુજરાત પોર્ટલ www.digitalgujarat.gov.in ની વેબસાઇટ તમારા Computer કે મોબાઇલ ફોનમાં Open કરો.

Step 2:- Menu પર ક્લિક કરો એટલે મેનુ બાર ખુલશે

Step 3:- તે મેનુબારમાં Services ક્લિક ક

Step 4:- Services મેનુબારમાં Citizen Services ઓપ્શન પર Click કરો એટલે એક નવું પેજ ખુલ

Step 5:- SEBC જાતિનો દાખલો માટે “SEBC Certificate (Socially & educationally Backward class certificate)” પર Click કરો.

Step 6:- નવું પેજ ઓપન થશે તેમાં નીચે “Apply Online” પર Click કરો.

Step 7:- Apply Online કર્યા બાદ Registered User ની Login સાઇડ ખુલસે.

Step 8:- જો તમારુ પહેલેથી ડિજિટલ ગુજરાત પોર્ટલ પર Registration કરેલુ હોઇ તો Login ID અને Password નાખી Login કરો.

Step 9:- જો તમે રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ના કર્યું હોય તો New Registration માટે “Click For New Registration(Citizen)” Apply Online કર્યા બાદ નવું પેજ ઓપન થશે તેમાં નીચે Box માંં ખરુ કરી આધાર નંંબર ભરો ત્યાર બાદ “Continue To Service” પર Click કરો.

Note:- જાતિનો દાખલોન જાતિ પ્રમાણપત્ર ઓનલાઇન ફોર્મ માટે 20 રૂપિયા ફી ભરવી પડે છે.

ઓનલાઇન ફોર્મ માં જરૂરી વિગતો ભરીયા બાદ સબમિટ કરવુ. ફોર્મ પર “*” ચિહ્નિત થયેલ બધા ક્ષેત્રો ભરવા ફરજિયાત છે.

જાતિનો દાખલો મેળવવા માટે ઓફલાઈન અરજી કઈ રીતે કરવી?

• મામલતદારશ્રી ની કચેરી/તાલુકા વિકાસ અધિકારીની કચેરી/ જીલ્લા સમાજ કલ્યાણ અધિકારી ની કચેરી માંથી જાતિના દાખલાનું ફોર્મ મેળવી જરૂરી માહિતી ભરી, સબમિટ કરો.

ભાડાકરાર જાણવા જેવું: આપણે બધાએ જોયુ હશે કે કોઇ પણ વ્યક્તિ ઘર,દુકાન કે જમીન કોઇને ભાડે આપે તો ભાડે આપનાર અને ભાડે રાખનાર વચ્ચે એક ભાડા કરાર કરવામા આવે છે. આ ભાડા કરાર હંમેશા ૧૧ મહિનાનો જ હોય છે. કેમ આ ભાડા કરાર ૧૨ મહિના એટલે કે ૧ વર્ષને બદલે ૧૧ મહિનાનો જ કરવામા આવે છે ? ચાલો આજે જાણીએ આની પાછળનુ રોચક તથ્ય.

મિલકત ભાડે આપતા ભાડા કરાર કરવામા આવે

બીજા રાજ્યો કે શહેરથી આવતા લોકો જ્યારે કોઈ કામ માટે પોતાના ઘરથી દૂર નોકરી કરવા માટે આવે છે એ લોકો ઘરનું ઘર લેવા કરતાં ભાડે મકાન રાખતા હોય છે. ભાડે મકાન આપતા લોકોની સંખ્યામાં પણ ઘણો વધારો થઈ રહ્યો છે. ભાડા પર રહેવાના ચોક્કસ નિયમો છે જેનું પાલન કરવાની જરૂર છે, જેમાંથી એક ભાડા કરાર મેળવવો છે. જ્યારે પણ ભાડૂઆત મકાન ભાડે રાખે છે ત્યારે તેની સાથે ભાડા કરાર કરવામાં આવે છે. પણ શું તમે ક્યારેય વિચાર્યું છે કે આ ભાડા કરાર/એગ્રીમેન્ટ ફક્ત 11 મહિના માટે જ કેમ કરવામાં આવે છે અને આખા વર્ષ માટે કેમ નહીં?

ભાડા કરારની જરૂરીયાત

તમને જણાવી દઈએ લે જ્યારે ભાડૂઆત ભાડા પર મકાન રાખે છે અને મકાનમાલિક તેને ભાડા માટે મકાન આપે છે, ત્યારે બંને વચ્ચે તેનો લેખિતમાં કરાર/એગ્રીમેન્ટ થાય છે. એ કરારમાં મકાન , ભાડૂઆત અને મકાનમાલિક વિશેની માહિતી સાથે સાથે સરનામું અને ભાડાનો ઉલ્લેખ કરવામાં આવે છે અને એ સાથે જ મકાનમાલિક તેની શરતો નો પણ ઉલ્લેખ તેમાં કરે છે. આ શરતો ભાડુઆતે પાલન કરવાની હોય છે. આ દસ્તાવેજને Rent Agreement કહેવામાં આવે છે.

ભાડાકરાર જાણવા જેવું

હવે જેને આ ભાડાકરાર વિશે ખ્યાલ હશે તેને જોયું હશે કે ભાડા કરાર 12 મહિનાને બદલે માત્ર 11 મહિના માટે જ કરવામાં આવે છે અને તેની પાછળનું કારણ છે કે જો મકાનમાલિક તેની કોઈપણ મિલકત 12 મહિના કે તેથી વધુ સમયગાળા માટે ભાડે આપે છે તો તેને ભાડા કરારની નોંધણી કરાવવી પડશે અને આ પેપરવર્ક કરવામાં ખર્ચો થાય છે અને એ મુશ્કેલીથી બચવા માટે ભાડા કરાર ફક્ત 11 મહિના માટે કરવામાં આવે છે. જો કે એટલું જ નહીં પણ 12 મહિનાનો કરાર કરવા પર નોંધણી ફી સાથે સ્ટેમ્પ પેપર પણ લાગુ કરવામાં આવે છે તેની સામે 11 મહિના માટે ભાડા કરાર કરવા માટે આવી કોઈ આવશ્યકતા નથી.

ઘણા લોકોના મનમાં આ સવાલ ઊઠતો હોય છે કે શું ભાડા કરાર કરવો જરૂરી છે? તો જવાબ હા છે, કારણ કે ભાડા કરારથી મકાનમાલિક અને ભાડૂઆત બંનેને પછીથી ઉદ્ભવતી સમસ્યાઓનો સામનો ન કરવો પડે. આ ભાડા કરારમાં મકાનમાલિકના તમામ નિયમો અને શરતો, ભાડું અને અન્ય તમામ માહિતી નો ઉલ્લેખ હોય છે.

The applicant is required to apply online and needs to fill out the information correctly. He/she can apply by following the steps below:

Step 1: The applicant should go through the link to the website of Gujarat State Government.

Step 2: If the applicant did not register, he/she must register according to the rules provided in the portal.

Step 3: After registration, click on “Revenue ” button in the home page, the drop-down will appear with “Income Certificate” option.

Step 4: This will take the applicant to the next page where all the required application details are given with “Apply Online ” option. For those wishing to apply offline, a form can be obtained by clicking on  button.

Step 5: Enter the email and password and choose the “Application language” and then submit the and click on “Continue Service.”

Step 6: Specify the details that are given below click on “Update Profile” button to save profile then click on “Next.”

Step 7: This will take the applicant to the page where he/she needs to specify the details such as address, number of family members, home address, income details etc

Step 8: Now the applicant needs to upload the required documents such as proof of residence, identity proof as mentioned above and click on “Submit

Step 9: Once the applicant has paid the amount for obtaining the income certificate, the application procedure will be completed.

The income certificate would then be issued to the application within 10-15 days by the Government.
