Property prices fell during the Corona period

Corona epidemics have led to a sharp decline in housing property sales. During the July-September quarter, sales in India's top seven cities fell 46% to 29,520 units. Demand for housing property has declined due to the Koro epidemic, according to a report by property consultant Anaroc. Home sales in these seven cities stood at 55,080 units in the same period last year. For this reason, good property can be found at a lower price at this time.

HOW TO GET INSTANT PERSONAL LOAN

Flexi Personal Loan - A flexible loan option where you can avail loans within 10 minutes as direct bank transfer. All you need is your PAN Card & Address Proof to avail 1,000 to 50,000 for a tenure ranging from 62 days to 6 months.

Personal Loan for Salaried - A personal loan option where you can avail amounts from 10,000 to 2 Lakhs as direct bank transfer for tenure ranging from 3 to 15 months. All you need is your PAN Card, Address Proof and Salary Proof.

Online Purchase Loan - A loan option where you can Buy anything Now, Pay Later in EMIs. Via this option, you can avail E-vouchers on KreditBee App on loan, purchase on KreditBee's partner platforms like Flipkart, Amazon & many more through those e-vouchers, and pay later in EMIs.

When you take a loan, the equated monthly instalment is a key factor in deciding the loan amount and tenure. The personal loan calculator helps you instantly calculate your pay-outs and, therefore, plan your loan and repayment better.

To calculate your EMI, just enter the loan amount, rate of interest and loan tenure, and your EMI is instantly displayed. You can enter loan amounts from 50,000 to 4,000,000 and term from 1 to 5 years.

If you wish to change the EMI adjust any of the three sliders on the personal loan EMI calculator. If you wish to lower your EMI, you can do so by reducing the loan amount or the interest rate or by increasing the tenure. If you can afford higher monthly payments, you could consider increasing the loan amount or reducing your tenure.

The graph shows you how much you will repay over your loan tenure and the interest component in that.

How can I check personal loan eligibility?

  • If you wish to apply for a personal loan, you need to determine your eligibility before applying for it. To do that, you can use the eligibility calculator. Here is how to check the personal loan eligibility:
  • Open the loan eligibility calculator
  • Select the city of residence, date of birth, monthly income and monthly expenses
  • Once you select these fields, the tool will show an amount that you will be eligible for
  • You can apply for the same amount and get quick loan approval online

How much personal loan you can get on your salary?

A final, personal loan amount that you can get from a lender depends on your salary, city of residence, age and other eligibility criteria. The best thing to know how much personal loan you can get on your salary will be using the personal loan eligibility calculator. It will tell an amount that you can apply for as the loan after you select your city, age, salary and monthly expenses on the tool. This way, you can apply for the eligible amount and avoid the chances of rejections.

What is the personal loan eligibility for salaried employees?

A personal loan for salaried employees can be availed if you can meet some eligibility conditions. Have a look at the personal loan eligibility of Bajaj Finserv:
You need to be a residing citizen of India
You should be aged between 20 and 60 years
You need to be employed with a private, public limited company, or an MNC
You should have a minimum CIBIL score of 750

How to qualify for a personal loan?

Qualifying for a personal loan is easy if you can meet the eligibility criteria of Bajaj Finserv and submit some documents.
You should be aged between 20 and 60 years
You need to be a resident of India
You should be working for an MNC, private or a public limited company
You should have a minimum CIBIL score of 750
KYC documents
Employee ID card
Last 2 months’ salary slips
Salaried bank account statement of the previous 3 monthsAlong with these, the lender will also look at your CIBIL score and repayment history before approving your personal loan application.

What is the minimum salary required for personal loan?

The minimum salary for personal loans that you need to be earning will depend on your city of residence. The minimum salary that you need to be earning is Rs.25,000 and that depends on your city. But, if you are earning Rs.25,000, then you can’t apply for a loan in Pune. It is because the minimum salary in Pune is Rs.35,000. The minimum salary required to apply for personal loans will differ from cities to cities.

What is the maximum age to avail of a personal loan?

At Bajaj Finserv, the personal loan age limit is between 20 and 60 years. Hence, the maximum age to avail of a loan is 55 years. However, the younger an applicant is, the better is his/her chance to get the loan approval at a lower rate of interest. It is because he/she has more working years left than an applicant in his/her 50s. Thus, the applicant won’t face issues in paying the loan EMIs without the risk of defaulting.

How to check if I am eligible for a personal loan or not?

If you want to apply for a personal loan to meet some of your urgent needs, then you need to check if you are eligible for the desired loan amount or not. To do that, you can check your loan eligibility by using the personal loan eligibility checker. You need to select your city, age, income and expenses and the tool will predict the eligible amount. As per the qualifying amount, you can apply for the same and get instant approval.

What is the minimum CIBIL Score to get a personal loan?

Although the required CIBIL score for personal loan is 750+, you can also get the loan approval when you have a lower credit score. You won’t get the loan approval if the CIBIL score is under 599. However, if you have a score of 600-700, you may get the loan approval, but at a higher rate of interest. It may affect your budget and lead to an increased EMI amount.

Can a person avail of a personal loan and a home loan simultaneously?

Yes, a person can have a personal loan and a home loan account at the same time. If you have an ongoing personal loan and you are seeking a home loan, then you can apply for it. The only condition is that your debt to income ratio should not be above 50%. You can have multiple personal loans and yet apply for a home loan. You should ensure having higher creditworthiness so that you can manage home loan and personal loan repayments.

SBI, ICICI, HDFC, Axis Bank, PNB bank customers alert! Don`t fall prey to this phishing scam.

Cyber criminals, preying on Indian users, dupe them into revealing important personal information. They are asking users to submit an application for the disbursement of income tax refund along with a link that directs users to a webpage looking like the income tax e-filing web page.

New Delhi: For the customers of State Bank of India, ICICI, HDFC, Axis Bank and Punjab National Bank, there is a major security alert. A big phishing scam is doing the rounds wherein customers of these five major banks are being targetted. This was revealed in an investigation by New Delhi-based think tank CyberPeace Foundation along with cybersecurity services firm Autobot Infosec.

Cybercriminals, preying on Indian users, dupe them into revealing important personal information. They are asking users to submit an application for the disbursement of income tax refund along with a link that directs users to a webpage looking like the income tax e-filing web page.

The suspicious links originate from the US and France, using which scammers are collecting personal as well as banking information, which could trap the users into massive financial loss.

The whole campaign uses plain http protocol instead of the secure https and asks users to download an application from a third party source instead of Google Playstore.

On opening the link, the users are redirected to a new page resembling income tax e-filing website. On clicking the green 'Proceed to the verification steps' button, users are asked to submit personal information such as full name, PAN, Aadhar number, address, pincode, date of birth, mobile number, email address, gender, marital status and banking information like account number, IFSC code, card number, expiry date, CVV/CVC and card PIN.

Even if the bank goes bankrupt, you can still get Rs 65 lakh, so take advantage of government rules

Even if the bank goes bankrupt, you can still get Rs 65 lakh, so take advantage of government rules

SOURCE : GSTV NEWS

No matter how much you deposit in the bank, the security guarantee is given only on the amount of Rs 5 lakh.  This means that if the bank goes bankrupt, you can get up to Rs 5 lakh. Earlier this amount was Rs 1 lakh, which has now been increased to Rs 5 lakh. But is a safe amount of Rs 5 lakh satisfactory for you? The answer is no.  Because no account holder can let his hard earned money go to waste. In that case, if you want a guarantee of accumulated capital, then you can insure your money. Its method is quite simple.

SOURCE : GSTV NEWS

Five lakh rupees deposited in banks secured

In the recent budget, Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitaram announced that the amount of Rs 5 lakh deposited in banks is now safe.

This amount was increased from 1 lakh to 5 lakh.  This is called deposit insurance in common parlance, which applies to the amount deposited in a commercial bank. Currently, all commercial and cooperative banks are covered by insurance under the Deposit Insurance and Credit Guarantee Cooperation (DICGC) guidelines, as per the guidelines of the Reserve Bank. Primary cooperative societies are not placed in this category. This rule applies equally to current account, savings account and fixed deposit.

SOURCE : GSTV NEWS

How to get 65 lakh rupees

This rule literally means that if your deposit in the bank is Rs 5 lakh, you will get the same amount if the bank sinks at that time, not the interest you get on it.  The full amount will be available if the principal amount and interest is Rs 5 lakh or less, but did you know that you can increase the deposit insurance to Rs 65 lakh?  This means that even if the bank goes bankrupt, you can still get Rs 65 lakh.

 How to open FD

Simply put, if you make a fixed deposit in a joint account with your spouse, brother or child in the same bank, open an FD as a partner of a company, take an FD as a guardian of a minor, all FDs will be seen as separate rights and status. Each account will have an insurance cover of Rs 5 lakh. With this in mind, a person should deposit his investment in different FDs so that he can get maximum deposit insurance cover in a single bank. This was stated by Colonel Sanjeev Govila (Retd.), Registered Investment Adviser, SEBI.

SOURCE : GSTV NEWS

Depending on the status and authority of the account holder, 13 different FDs can be created

You can understand this by example. There are a total of six members in a family, of which the wife of a person named A is named B. His son's name is X and daughter's name is Y. Similarly, his parents are C and D. In this way a person by that name can open an account as an individual partner, a partner of a company, a guardian of a minor son X, a guardian of a minor daughter and a director of a company. Spouses A and B can also open the same account. Depending on the status and authority of the account holder, 13 different FDs can be created.  If the FD has insurance of Rs 5 lakh, the total sum insured can be up to Rs 65 lakh.

સંપૂર્ણ માહિતી ગુજરાતીમાં વાંચો

Can open FD of Rs 10 lakh in a bank

Govila says that if a person wants, he can open an FD of Rs 10 lakh in a bank.  For this, as an individual investor, Rs. 2.5 lakh, a joint FD of Rs. 2.5 lakhs with his wife and two children, in which the first holder can be himself, the first account holder can keep the wife in an FD of Rs. 2.5 lakhs with his wife. This way, all your FDs will be considered separately and you will get insurance of Rs 5 lakh on all FDs.

Who uses a hybrid cloud?

Who uses a hybrid cloud?

Businesses across the spectrum of industries have moved toward hybrid solutions to reduce costs and strain on local resources. From the financial sector to the health care industry, hybrid cloud environments have proven to be effective at not only improving computing and storage power but also optimizing the scarce resource of physical space.

Many organizations simply don't have the room available to deploy servers on-site.

In the health care space, data privacy is paramount, and privately held computation resources are lacking. A hybrid cloud model is an ideal solution because it allows medical groups to retain patient data in a secure, private server while simultaneously leveraging the advanced computational power of a public IaaS model. Simply put, any industry that benefits from public cloud applications can also benefit from the hybrid model.

Hybrid cloud use cases

The ability to scale on demand means hybrid cloud models have many business uses.

New applications

Launching a new application with an untested workload carries with it a level of mystery. Cloud-driven businesses have to take on a certain amount of risk any time they try something new. Hybrid cloud mitigates that risk by reducing the need for a substantial initial investment. The business can deploy the new app and only pay for the resources it uses, rather than paying for them up front. If the app fails or gets shelved for any reason, the business won't be out very much money.

Regulatory compliance

Certain industries are regulated to protect private data. However, not every piece of data may need to live in a private environment. Hybrid cloud allows businesses to comply with regulations while still benefiting from expanded computing power.

Since the introduction of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the European Union, many organizations have divided their data among several solutions in order to comply with EU regulations while operating under a different set of regulations in the U.S. and other countries. Any business that handles user data on a global scale must comply with these regulations or risk severe financial penalties.

Workload anomalies

The future is unpredictable. An application might run efficiently in its current environment today but may require additional computational power tomorrow. A hybrid cloud adapts to workload needs, allowing service to continue smoothly even when workload requirements spike. This is often referred to as "cloudbursting," because the workload pours out of one environment into another. It's a lot like having overdraft protection on your checking account. You want to have a failsafe in case the unexpected happens.
