Driving Licence Gujarat Online Apply Process and Details @sarathi.parivahan.gov.in, It is mandatory for every driver to have a driving license while driving. Driving without a driving license is a Breach of Rules. Today in this article we have brought all the information on how to apply for a driving license online from home in Gujarat.

New Driving License

An applicant is required to obtain a learning license in order to get new driving license.
An applicant is required to apply in Form No.2/4 for the purpose of both learning as well as driving license, Medical Certificate in Form No.1 (A) is also required to be attached. Eligibility

A person should have completed 16 years to obtain license for 2 wheelers without gear.
A person should have completed 18 years age to obtain license for 2 wheelers with gear, Motor-car, Tractor and other non-transport vehicles.
For transport vehicles, a person should have completed 20 years of age. In addition he should be passed standard 8th pass and should have experience of 1 year driving a light motor vehicle.

Necessary Documents

Proof of Age: School Leaving Certificate, Birth Certificate, Passport, Pan Card, L.I.C. Policy or a Certificate from Civil Surgeon or a Doctor equivalent to that can be submitted as a proof of age.
Proof of Address: School Leaving Certificate, Passport, L.I.C. Policy, Electoral Voter I-Card, Light Bill, Telephone Bill, receipt of House Tax with address, Pay Slip of Central/State/Local self Government or an Affidavit from the applicant to that effect can be submitted asthe proof for address.

Fees

Issue of learner’s licence in Form 3 for each class of vehicle : ₹150
Learner’s licence test fee or repeat test fee, as the case may be : ₹50
Issue of a driving licence : ₹200
Renewal of driving licence : ₹200

Go to Sarthi Parivahan Official Portal : https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in
Now on the home page, you need to select the “Driving Licence Related Services” tab
On clicking a new tab will open in which you need to select “Gujarat‘ state.
The Sarthi Parivahan dashboard will appear to you u can choose your desirable Service like Apply for Learner Licence, Apply for Driving Licence, Apply for DL Renewal etc service.

Examination Procedure

To obtain Learning License, Knowledge Test through computer is required to be passed.

Subject like Rules and Regulations of traffic, and traffic signage’s are included the test.
15 questions are asked in the test at random, out of which 11 questions are required to be answered correctly to pass the test.
48 seconds are allowed to answer each question.
A person failing in the test can appear for the re-test after a gap of 24 hours.
A person who has learning license or driving license and seeks to apply for an additional category of driving license in the existing driving license, is exempted from the knowledge test on computer.

Driving test is compulsory to obtain permanent driving license

One can appear for driving test after a gap of 30 days of obtaining learning license.
Driving test is conducted on same kind of vehicle for which application is made for obtaining driving license has been made.
Learning license is valid for a period of 6 months only, therefore, an applicant is required to appear for driving test within the validity period.

Ramveer Singh has converted the terrace and balcony of his three-storey house into a farm and is earning 70 lakhs a year from home-grown vegetables and his advanced farming knowledge. More than 10 thousand plants have been planted in Ramveer Singh’s house. People come from far and wide to see home-grown strawberries, cauliflower, okra, capsicum and other vegetables. Organic vegetables and other food items are in high demand these days.

In such a situation, Ramveer Singh is earning big because of the high demand for the organic vegetables he is growing without chemicals and fertilizers and pesticides. Ramveer Singh is growing all vegetables including cabbage, tomato, capsicum, tomato without soil and chemical fertilizers in his house. They are doing hydroponic farming (farming with water without soil). In which 90 percent less water is used. The idea of hydroponic farming came to Ramveer Singh when he went to Dubai where he saw and was impressed by this method of farming and then came to India and searched on the internet and in Mumbai.

After that Ramveer went on a campaign to do organic farming. Ramveer’s full focus is on farming and he does freelance work as a journalist, according to a Navgujarat Times report. He sells wheat flour at Rs 60 per kg, rice at Rs 130 per kg and jaggery powder at Rs 150 per kg. It also provides free training to small farmers.

GSRTC Bus Pass Online Application: Students studying in schools and colleges and commuters boarding ST buses for jobs can now get STNA passes online. The e-Pass scheme has been launched by Minister of State for Home Affairs and Independent Charge of Transport Harsh Sanghvi. He said that students-passengers traveling in ST buses will now be able to apply online at pass.gsrtc.in to get the pass at home with the commencement of Praveshotsava-Kanya Kehalavi on June 12.

Student Travel Pass: This student pass is given to students studying in state schools/colleges for free travel.

Charles Wheatstone first began experimenting with stereopsis in 1838 using specially constructed drawings. The invention of photography in 1839 opened up a new and more detailed medium for his experiments and the first photographic stereoscopic pairs appeared in the early 1840s as Daguerreotypes and Calotypes. By the 1850s, a stereoscope and an assortment of professionally photographed stereo views were becoming part of the standard equipment of a properly furnished middle-class parlor. In the 1890s, photographic plates and films sensitive enough to make casual “snapshot” photography practical were available, and combined with easy-to-use cameras they were making amateur photography a very popular hobby. Stereo cameras were in the mix. The earliest were inconveniently large and the end result was a pair of paper prints mounted on a card for viewing in a standard stereoscope. They were soon joined by smaller cameras that yielded relatively small stereo slides on glass. The popularity of stereo photography declined after the First World War and plummeted during the Great Depression of the 1930s

NCH App of Department of Consumer Affairs helps to redress consumer grievances

This Mobile App is an alternate way to register consumer related grievances in the portal https://consumerhelpline.gov.in. The website was launched by the Department of Consumer Affairs to create awareness, advise and redress consumer grievances and act as a central registry for lodging consumer grievances. As per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, consumers can approach Consumer Commission at the District, State and National level for dispute resolution. Though all efforts will be made to address grievances made on the portal, if the grievance is not redressed to the full satisfaction, a consumer has choice to approach the appropriate Consumer Commission.

An aggrieved consumer can register grievance by either calling the toll free number 1800-11-4000 or 1915 to talk to an agent to register or register online on the portal or through the Mobile App in which case the consumer gets an userid and password to lodge grievance.

On the portal or through Mobile App,

Step 1. For onetime registration, consumer is required to click on the signup giving details required and verifies through his/her email. The User id and password are created.

Step2. Using this user id and password, consumer enters into the portal and fills in required details of grievance attaching necessary documents (if available).

This Mobile App has the following additional features:-

(a) consumer awareness material under the link Consumer Knowledge Base.
(b) Addresses of various Consumer Commission are also available under the link Consumer Commission Contact Details.
(c) Various useful sites are linked under Important Links.

Any grievance received entered in the portal and a unique docket number is generated and given. Grievances received are sent to the concerned company / agency / regulator / ombudsman, as the case maybe, for speedy redress. Action taken is updated on real time basis by the concerned agency. As a follow up action, these agencies are reminded at stipulated interval.

પતંગરસિયાઓને મોજ પડી જશે ઉતરાયણ પર : જાણો કેવો રહેશે પવન અને હવામાન

પતંગરસિયાઓને મોજ પડી જશે ઉતરાયણ પર : ગુજરાતમા ઉતરાયણ પર પતંગ ચગાવવાની લોકો આતુરતાથી રાહ જોત્ત હોય છે. સમગ્ર ગુજરાતના તમામ પતંગરસિયાઓને આનંદમાં લાવી દે એવા એક સમાચાર મળી રહ્યા છે. છેલ્લાં 10 વર્ષમાં ગુજરાતીઓએ ઉત્તરાયણના દિવસે પતંગ ચગાવવાની નહીં કરી હોય એટલી મજા આ વખતે ઉતરાયણ મા આવશે.

હવામાન વિભાગની આગાહિ મુજબ ઉત્તરાયણ અને વાસી ઉત્તરાયણ એટલે કે 14મી અને 15મી જાન્યુઆરીએ પવન 10થી 14 કિ.મી. પ્રતિ કલાકની ગતિ જેટલો રહેવાની સંભાવના છે. એટલું જ નહીં, બંને દિવસ તાપમાન 28થી 30 ડીગ્રી સેલ્સિયસની આજુબાજુ રહેવાની આગાહિ છે. છેલ્લાં ચારેક વર્ષથી ઉત્તરાયણના દિવસે બપોર પછી પવન સાવ પડી જતો હોય છે જેને લીધે પતંગબાજો પતંગ ચગાવવાનો પુરો આનંદ ઉઠાવી શકતા નથી. આ સમસ્યા આ વખતે ઉતરાયણ પર દૂર થઈ જશે એ નક્કી છે.

ઠંડી ઓછી પડવાની શકયતાઓ

અત્યારે ઉત્તર ભારતમા વાતા ઠંડા પવનોને કારણે આખું ગુજરાત ઠંડીમા ઠૂંઠવાઈ ગયું છે. દિવસે પણ તાપમાનનો પારો 20-25 ડીગ્રીથી ઉપર જતો નથી. આવામાં ઠંડા સાથે તેજ પવન, જે 25-30 કિ.મી.ની ગતિએ ફૂંકાય છે, એને કારણે ઠંડી ખૂબ જ વધી ગઈ છે. દિવસે પણ લોકોએ ઠંડીથી રક્ષણ મેળવવા ગરમ વસ્ત્રો પહેરી રાખવા પડે છે. જો આવુ જ વાતાવરણ ઉત્તરાયણ ના દિવસે રહેશે તો પતંગ કેમના ચગાવાશે એવી પતંગરસિયાઓમાં ચિંતા વ્યાપેલી છે. જોકે હવામાન વિભાગ અનુસાર, આગામી 10 જાન્યુઆરીથી ઠંડી દૂર થવાની સાથે પવનની ગતિમાં પણ ઘટાડો જોવા મળશે.

મકરસંક્રાંતિએ હવામાન ની આગાહી

હવામાનની આગાહી કરતી વિવિધ સાઈટ્સ અનુસાર, આ વર્ષે ઉત્તરાયણના દિવસે બપોરે 12 વાગ્યા સુધી તાપમાન 20 ડીગ્રીની આસપાસ જ રહેવાની સંભાવના છે. સવારના સમયે પવનની ગતિ સહેજ વધુ રહેશે અને કલાકના 20 કિ.મી. સુધીની ઝડપે પવન ફૂંકાઈ શકે છે. જોકે બપોર પછી પતંગરસિયાઓને પતંગ ચગાવવાની ખરી મજા આવશે, કારણ કે ઠંડી ઘટવા લાગશે અને ધીમે-ધીમે 4 વાગ્યા સુધીમાં તાપમાન 25 ડીગ્રીએ પહોંચશે. જ્યારે પવનની ગતિ પણ ઓછી થઈને કલાકના 10-12 કિ.મી.ની ઝડપ સુધી પહોંચી જવાની શક્યતાઓ છે. આ સમય અને હવા તથા પવનની ઈશાન તરફની દિશા પતંગ ચગાવવા માટે ખૂબ અનુકૂળ રહેશે.

વાસી ઉતરાયણ હવામાન ની આગાહી

આ વખતે વાસી ઉતરાયણ એટલે કે ૧૫ જાન્યુઆરી ના દિવસે રવિવાર આવતો હોવાથી પતંગરસિયાઓને ૨ દિવસ પતંગ ચગાવવાનો આનંદ માણી શકસે. ઉત્તરાયણની તુલનાએ વાસી ઉત્તરાયણના દિવસે તાપમાન થોડુંક ઘટશે, પરંતુ પવનની ગતિમાં ત્રણથી ચાર કિ.મી.જેટલો વધારો થઈ શકે છે. આ સ્થિતિ જોતાં વાસી ઉત્તરાયણના દિવસે બપોરના સમયે પણ કલાકના 14થી 15 કિ.મી. પ્રતિ કલાકની ઝડપે પવન ફૂંકાવાની શકયતાઓ રહેલી છે. વાસી ઉત્તરાયણના દિવસે પવનની દિશા નૈઋત્યની રહે એવી પૂરેપૂરી શક્યતા છે. જ્યારે મહત્તમ તાપમાન પણ 29 ડીગ્રી સેલ્સિયસ રહેવાની શકયતાઓ છે. આ વખતે વાસી ઉત્તરાયણના દિવસે રવિવાર હોવાથી પતંગરસિયાઓ એને પણ ભરપૂર માણે એવી શક્યતા છે.

મકરસંક્રાંતિ શુભ મુહૂર્ત : નવા વર્ષ 2023ની શરૂઆત થઇ ગઇ છે. આ સાથે જ વર્ષનો ર્પથમ તહેવાર મકરસંક્રાંતિ ઉજવવા માટે લોકો આતુર છે. પરંતુ આ વર્ષે મકરસંક્રાંતિ ના તહેવારની તારીખને લઈને લોકોમાં અલગ=અલગ કન્ફ્યુઝન જોવા મળી રહ્યું છે. ચાલો જાણીએ આજે આ વર્ષે મકર સંક્રાંતિ 14મી જાન્યુઆરીએ ઉજવવામા આવશે કે 15મી જાન્યુઆરીએ?

જ્યોતિષ શાસ્ત્ર અનુસાર જ્યારે સૂર્ય મકર રાશિમાં ગોચર કરે છે ત્યારે મકરસંક્રાંતિ થાય છે. આ વર્ષે 14 જાન્યુઆરીએ રાત્રે 08.14 મિનિટે સૂર્ય દેવ મકર રાશિમાં ગોચર કરી રહ્યા છે. આવી સ્થિતિમાં મકરસંક્રાંતિનું મુહૂર્ત 14 જાન્યુઆરીએ આવી રહ્યું છે. સૂર્યના મકર રાશિમાં પ્રવેશનો સમય હોવાથી મકરસંક્રાંતિની તારીખ નક્કી કરવા માટે મૂંઝવણ ઊભી થઈ છે.

મકરસંક્રાંતિ તારીખ ૨૦૨૩

પંચાંગ અનુસાર સૂર્યની મકર સંક્રાંતિનો સમય 14 જાન્યુઆરી શનિવારે રાત્રે 8.14 વાગ્યે છે. પરંતુ રાત્રે સ્નાન અને દાન કરવાનુ શુભ માનવામા નથી આવતુ. આ માટે ઉદયતિથિની માન્યતા છે એટલે કે જ્યારે સૂર્યોદય થશે, તે સમયે મકરસંક્રાંતિ નુ સ્નાન અને દાન કરવામાં આવશે. આવી સ્થિતિમાં આ વર્ષે મકરસંક્રાંતિ 15 જાન્યુઆરી 2023, રવિવારના રોજ ઉજવવામાં આવશે.

મકરસંક્રાંતિ શુભ મુહૂર્ત

આ વર્ષે મકરસંક્રાંતિ ના શુભ મુહૂર્ત 15 જાન્યુઆરી, રવિવાર એ સવારે 07:15 થી લઈને સાંજે 05:46 વાગ્યા સુધીનો મકર સંક્રાંતિનો પુણ્યકાળ રહેશે અને તેનો મહા પુણ્યકાળ સવારે 07:15 થી 09:00 સુધીનો રહેશે.

મકરસંક્રાંતિ પર આ વખતે રવિવારનો સંયોગ

આ વર્ષે મુહુર્ત અનુસાર મકરસંક્રાંતિ રવિવારે થાય છે. રવિવારના દિવસે સૂર્યની પૂજા કરવાનુ શુભ માનવામા આવે છે અને મકરસંક્રાંતિના દિવસે પણ સૂર્યની પૂજા કરવામાં આવે છે. આવી સ્થિતિમાં આ વખતે મકરસંક્રાંતિની સાથે સૂર્ય પૂજાનો દિવસ પણ શુભ બની રહેશે. આ દિવસે સૂર્યદેવની પૂજા કરવાથી વધુ ફળની પ્રાપ્તી થશે.

મકરસંક્રાંતિ પર સૂર્ય થશે ઉત્તરાયણ

મકરસંક્રાંતિના દિવસે, સૂર્ય ભગવાન દક્ષિણાયનથી ઉત્તરાયણ તરફ વળે છે. આ દિવસથી કમુરતા સમાપ્ત થશે અને લગ્ન, ગૃહ પ્રવેશ વગેરે જેવા અટકેલા શુભ કાર્યો શરુ થશે. જ્યારે સૂર્ય ઉત્તરાયણમાં હોય છે. ત્યારે દિવસનો સમયગાળો ધીમે ધીમે વધતો જાય છે અને આ દિવસથી શિયાળો ઓછો થવા લાગે છે અને તથા તાપમાન વધવા લાગે છે.

With the goal of reaching out to large numbers of smartphone users, the new mAadhaar is released by the Unique Identification Authority of India. The App features an array of Aadhaar services and a personalized section for the Aadhaar holder who can carry their Aadhaar information in form of a soft copy, instead of carrying a physical copy all the time.

The key features in mAadhaar:

Multilingual : In order to ensure the Aadhaar Services are accessible to linguistically diverse residents of India, the menu, button labels and form fields are provided in English as well as in 12 Indian languages (Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu). After installation, the user will be prompted to select any of the preferred languages. However, the input fields in the forms will accept data entered in the English language only. This is done to help the user avoid facing the challenges of typing in regional languages (due to limitations in the mobile keyboards).

HDFC will get interest from 3.00% to 6.50%

Now you will get 3.00% to 6.50% interest on HDFC FD. Now you will get 6.10% annual interest on FD for 1 year with Axis Bank.

Interest will be from 2.75% to 6.30%

Now you will get 2.75% to 6.30% interest on FD in Kotak Mahindra Bank. Now you will get 6.25% annual interest on Axis Bank FD for 1 year.

HDFC Bank also changed the interest rate on RD
