India's Longest Islands

1.Dr. Bhupen Hazarika Bridge(9.15 KM), Assam 

This is designed as a ray ground. Beam islands are the simplest form when it comes to designing these type of structures. 

Also known as Dhola- Sadiya ground, the lately opened ground is the longest ground in India. This connects the countries of Assam and Arunachal Pradesh. With important fanfare, PM Narendra Modi inaugurated this stating that a dream is fulfilled. The idea of this was first conceived by the also Chief Minister Mukut Mithi of Arunachal Pradesh in 2003. It took 14 long times to complete and the work was presto- tracked only in 2011. 

2. Mahatma Gandhi Setu, Bihar

 4. Bogibeel Bridge(4.94 KM), Assam 

Bogibeel ground is the longest rail- cum- road ground in India. This connects the sections of Dibrugarh and Dhemaji. This is erected over the Brahmaputra swash and provides connectivity to the total of upper Assam and Arunachal Pradesh. 

The upper sundeck of the ground is a 3- lane thruway and the lower sundeck is a 2- line broad hand road. The engineering design format is known as stilt islands. This type of ground is fairly provident to construct and maintain. The Ikutsuki ground in Nagasaki, Japan is the longest nonstop stilt ground in the world. 

5. Vikramshila Setu(4.7 KM), Bihar 

Another bone

from Bihar named after the ancient literacy center of Pala Empire. Nalanda, the further notorious ancient educational institute is Vikramshila's contemporary. In the ultramodern day environment, this ground connects NH80 and NH31. This provides connectivity to numerous sections of Bihar videlicet Naugachia, Purnia, and Kathiar. 

Demands for erecting another resemblant ground alongside this is on the rise. The ground gests severe business traffic at times. Considering this, Nitish Kumar, Chief Minister of Bihar gave his go- ahead to prepare a feasibility report in 2016. 

 6. Vembanad Rail Bridge(4.62 KM), Kerala 

This is erected on the graphic Vembanad Lake. Also called Edappally- Vallarpadam ground as it connects both these places. The ground was opened for public in 2011 and is the biggest one in Kerala. The ground was constructed by Shapoorji Pallonji Group which is one of the major structure companies grounded in India. 

Strategically erected and is immensely important as Vallarpadam is a unqualified pilgrim center. Vallarpadam also has an transnational transshipment vessel outstation which helps in easing trade from this region. 

7. Digha – Sonpur Bridge(4.55 KM), Bihar

Arrah is a historically important place whereas Chapra has a constantly visited Ambika tabernacle. According to estimates, this ground reduced the distance of traveling from 120 km to 21 km. Now people have the option of the direct route rather than taking a diversion towards Patna. 

Officially named as Veer Kunwar it's ground and bring further than 800 crores. 

 9. Godavari Bridge(4.13 KM), Andhra Pradesh 

This is one of the three islands erected then above Godavari swash. The oldest bone

was decommissioned in 1997 to replace the Godavari bow ground which is a single line rail ground. With utmost of the girding area developed the construction of a thruway was ineluctable. So, to condense the growth a new rail- cum- road link was erected. 

10. Munger Ganga Bridge(3.69 KM), Bihar 

The tenth largest ground is also erected above the mythologically important swash of India, the Ganga. The building of this took a whole circle when it was opened by PM Modi in 2016. I say that because it wasMr.A.B. Vajpayee who inaugurated the construction in 2002 when he was the high minister.

કેન્દ્રીય સ્વાસ્થ્ય મંત્રી મનસુખ માંડવિયાએ એસેન્સિયલ મેડિસિનની નેશનલ લિસ્ટ 2022 જારી કરી દીધી છે. વર્ષ 2015 બાદ આ લિસ્ટને વર્ષ 2022માં એપડેટ કરવામાં આવ્યા છે. માંડવિયાએ આ જે બપોરે એક કાર્યક્રમ દરમિયાન જરૂરી દવાઓની રાષ્ટ્રીય યાદી જાહેર કરી, જેમાં 34 દવાઓ સામેલ કરવામાં આવી છે. અને 24 દવાઓને હટાવવામાં આવી છે. અત્રે ઉલ્લેખનિય છે કે આ લિસ્ટમાં પબ્લિક હેલ્થ માટે ઉપયોગી દવાઓનો સમાવેશ કરવામાં આવ્યો છે. આ લિસ્ટમાં કુલ 384 દવાઓ સામેલ કરવામાં આવી છે. 350 નિષ્ણાતોએ 140 મિટિંગ બાદ આ નવી અને લેટેસ્ટ લિસ્ટ તૈયાર કરવામાં આવી છે.

મોંઘવારીના માર વચ્ચે દવાઓનો ખર્ચ ઘટે તેવી આશા જાગી છે. સરકાર દ્વારા છ વર્ષ બાદ આવશ્યક દવાઓની સુધારેલી નવી યાદી જાહેર કરવામાં આવી છે. આ નવી યાદીમાં નવી 34 દવાઓ ઉમેરાઇ છે તો બીજી બાજુ 26 દવાઓ યાદીમાંથી દૂર કરાઇ છે.

છેલ્લે વર્ષ 2015 બાદ સુધારો કરાયાના છ વર્ષ બાદ વર્ષ 2022માં નેશનલ ઇનિશિયલ લિસ્ટ ઓફ મેડિશીન્સ (એનઇએલએમ)માં ફેરફાર કરાયો છે.

આવશ્યક દવાઓની નવી યાદી જાહેર

કેન્દ્રીય આરોગ્ય મંત્રી મનસુખ માંડવિયાએ જણાવ્યુ કે, આ યાદીમાં કઇ દવાનો સમાવેશ કરવો તેનો નિર્ણય સ્વતંત્ર સમિતિ કરે છે. 350 એક્સપર્ટ અને 140 બાર કન્સલ્ટેશન કરાયા બાદ આ યાદી તૈયાર થઇ છે. આ યાદીમાં જે દવાઓ છે તે સુરક્ષા, અફોર્ડેબિલિટી (વાજબી) અને એક્સસિબિલિટી (ઉપલબ્ધતા) પર આધારિત હોય છે.

આ યાદીમાં સામેલ 384 દવામાં લગભગ 1000થી વધારે ફોર્મ્યુલેશન ડ્રગ્સ છે. જ્યારે વર્ષ 2015માં 376 દવાઓમાં આશરે 800 ફોર્મ્યુલેશન ડ્રગ્સને આવરી લેવાયા હતા. શિડ્યુલ્ડ ડ્રગ્સ કે જે વર્ષ 2015માં આ યાદીનો હિસ્સો હતી, તેણે લગભગ રૂ. 1.6થી 1.7 લાખ કરોડની મૂલ્યના સ્થાનિક ફાર્મા માર્કેટમાં 17-18 ટકા યોગદાન આપ્યું હતું.

એનએલઇએમ યાદીમાં સામેલ દવાઓને શિડ્યુલ્ડ ડ્રગ્સ કહેવાય છે અને તેની કિંમત જથ્થાબંધ ફુગાવાના આધારે એનપીપીએ દ્વારા નક્કી કરાઇ છે. ફાર્મા કંપનીઓની શિડ્યુલ્ડ ડ્રગ્સની કિંમતમાં દર વર્ષે મહત્તમ 10 ટકા વધારો કરવાની મંજૂરી અપાઇ છે.

વર્ષ 1996માં પ્રથમવાર આ યાદી જાહેર કરાઇ ત્યારે 279 દવાઓ હતી અને ત્યારબાદ સમયાંતરે સુધારો કરાયો છે. સામાન્ય રીતે દર ત્રણ વર્ષે યાદીમાં સુધારો કરાય છે જો કે આ વખત છ વર્ષ જેટલા લાંબા સમયગાળા બાદ સુધારો કરવામાં આવ્યો છે. કોરોના મહામારીના લીધે NLEM-2022 ની યાદી કરવામાં વિલંબ થયો હોવાનું મનાય છે.

બેડાક્વિલિન (એન્ટી-ટીબી), ડેલામેનિડ (એન્ટી-ટીબી), ડોલ્યુટેગ્રાવીર (એચઆઈવી), ડાકલાટાસવીર (હેપેટાઈટિસ સી) જેવી પેટન્ટ દવાઓ પણ એનએલઇએસ-2022ની યાદીનો ભાગ છે.

એનપીપીએ એ ટ્રેડ માર્જિનને તર્કસંગત કરીને કેન્સરની 42 દવાઓની કિંમતો નક્કી કરી હતી. આ દવાઓની તપાસ કરીને અને લગભગ ચાર કેન્સરની દવાઓને પણ યાદીમાં સામેલ કરાઇ છે.

આવશ્યક દવાઓની નવી યાદી જાહેર

યાદીમાં કઇ બિમારીની દવાઓ સામેલ?

નેશનલ ફાર્માસ્યુટિકલ પ્રાઇસીંગ ઓથોરિટી (એનપીપીએ) દ્વારા આ યાદીમાં સામેલ દવાની ભાવ મર્યાદા નક્કી કરવા છે માર્ગદર્શન અપાય છે. આ યાદીમાં એન્ટિ-ઇન્ફેક્ટિવ (એન્ટિબાયોટિક્સ, એન્ટિફંગલ વગેરે), ડાયાબિટીસ, એચઆઇવી, ટીબી, ગર્ભનિરોધક, હોર્મોનલ મેડિશિન, અમુક લોહી ગંઠાઈ જવાની બિમારની, અને એનેસ્થેટિકની દવાઓ સામેલ છે. ઉપરાંત સામાન્ય એન્ટિબાયોટિક્સ જેમ કે મેરોપેનેમ, સેફ્યુરોક્સાઈમ, એન્ટિ-ડાયાબિટીક દવાઓ જેમ કે ઇન્સ્યુલિન ગ્લેર્ગિન અને ટેનેલિગ્લિપ્ટિનનો પણ સમાવેશ કરાયો છે.

કોવિડ-19ની દવાઓ અને વેક્સીનનો આ યાદીમાં સમાવેશ કરાયો નથી કારણ કે તે ઇમર્જન્સી યુઝ ઓથોરાઇઝેશન (ઇયુએ) હેઠળ છે અને તેની અસરકારકતા અને ડ્રગ પ્રોફાઇલ્સને સમજવા માટે વધુ અભ્યાસની જરૂર છે. આમ તો રાષ્ટ્રીય રસીકરણ અભિયાનમાં સામેલ વેક્સીન આપમેળે જ આ યાદીનો ભાગ બની જાય છે. રોટાવાયરસ રસી 2016માં રસીકરણ અભિયાનો હિસ્સો ભાગ બની હતી અને હવે તે આવશ્યક દવાઓની યાદીમાં સામેલ કરાઇ છે.

Earthquake sibilator complex built to sense earthquake TT Bhuj city RTO circle opposite Madhapar near Bhujia fort Smritivan is to be inaugurated tomorrow by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.  In Smritivan TT An Earthquake simulator complex has also been prepared, in which a picture of the situation arising at the time of an earthquake will be shown and information on how to avoid an earthquake will also be given through a projector.  

The 5-storey complex has a total of 7 different galleries, including 1. Rebirth, 2.  Includes recovery, 3. restoration, 4. reconstruction, 5. rethinking, 6. regeneration and 7. renovation, while the Earthquake Gallery is built on top.  Auditorium, library, cafe and lift facilities have also been made available here for the visitors.  Shared cafe, auditorium and toilet block also available.
