Gujarat Budget 2024-25 અંતર્ગત નમો લક્ષ્મી યોજના જાહેર કરવામાં આવેલ છે. આ યોજના હેઠળ સરકારી, અનુદાનિત અને ખાનગી માધ્યમિક અને ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક શાળાઓમાં અભ્યાસ કરનાર પાત્રતા ધરાવતી અંદાજે 10 લાખ વિદ્યાર્થીનીઓને ધોરણ- 9 અને 10 માટે જાહેર કરેલ છે. આ યોજના વાર્ષિક રૂપિયા 10,000/-  હજાર તેમજ ધોરણ- 11 અને 12 માટે વાર્ષિક રૂપિયા 15,000/- હજારની સહાય આપવામાં આવશે. આમ, આ યોજના હેઠળ ધોરણ-12 સુધીનો અભ્યાસ પૂર્ણ કર્યેથી કુલ રૂપિયા 50,000/- હજારની સહાય મળવાપાત્ર થશે.

નવું બજેટ બહાર પડવામાં આવ્યું જેમાં આ યોજનાની જાહેરાત કરવામાં આવી નમો લક્ષ્મી યોજના હેઠળ ગુજરાત રાજ્યમાં અભ્યાસ કરતી દીકરીઓને લાભ આપવામાં આવશે. જેમાં દીકરીઓના આરોગ્ય અને શિક્ષણને પ્રોચાન આપવા તેમજ કિશોરી પોષણ માટે આ યોજનાની શરૂઆત કરવામાં આવેલી છે. આ યોજના દ્વારા રાજ્યમાં વસ્તી તમામ વર્ગની દીકરીઓને શિક્ષણ પ્રાપ્ત થાય અને તેઓ પોતાનું ભવિષ્ય ઉજવળ બનાવી શકે તેવા હેતુથી આ યોજના શરૂ કરવામાં આવેલ છે.

50,000 women from rural and same number of women from urban areas will be covered in this scheme. The scheme will be executed at rural side by Gujarat Livelihood Promotion company which works under Rural Development department of Gujarat government. In urban areas, the same scheme will be implemented by Gujarat Urban Livelihood Mission which functions under the Urban Development department of the State government.

The main features of this scheme are as follows

(1) If each group pays regular installment under this scheme, Rs. Provision has been made to pay interest above Rs. 1 lakh from the Government.

(2) Under the scheme, 60,000 JLESGs will be covered in rural areas and 50,000 in urban areas. In which the amount of interest will be paid by the government to the lending institutions on behalf of the women’s group.

(3) For successful implementation of this scheme, nationalized banks, rural banks, co-operative banks, private banks, co-operative societies and RBI Other recognized credit institutions – MFIs will also be promoted by the Government. (May change subject to change)

સ્માર્ટફોન સહાય યોજના હેઠળ ખરીદીના નિયમો

ગુજરાત સરકાર દ્વારા સ્માર્ટફોન સહાય યોજનાના Smartphone Scheme 2024 લાભ લેવા માટે ફોન નિયમો બનાવેલા છે જેને તમારે પાલન કરનાર જ ખેડૂતો ને સહાય આપવામાં આવે છે. જે સહાય મેળવવા માટેના નિયમો નીચે મુજબ છે.

• જે ખેડૂતને આ યોજનાનો લાભ લેવો હોય તો તેને સૌ પ્રથમ ઇ પોર્ટલ પરથી ઓનલાઇન અરજી કરવાની રહે છે.
• ઓનલાઈન અરજી થયા બાદ તાલુકાના અમલીકરણ અધિકારીશ્રી દ્વારા પૂર્વ મંજૂરી આપવામાં આવશે તે તમને એસએમએસ અથવા ઈ-મેલ દ્વારા જાણ કરવામાં આવશે.
• જો તમે મોબાઇલ સહાય યોજનાની સહાયમાં પસંદગી થાય તો તમારે મોબાઈલની 15 દિવસમાં ખરીદી કરવાની રહે છે.

ગુજરાત ઇલેક્ટ્રિક વાહન સબસિડી યોજના શું છે?

આ સહાય ટોટલ 2 પ્રકાર ના વાહનો માં આપવામાં આવે છે. રાજ્યમાં ધોરણ ૯ થી ૧૨ માં અભ્યાસ કરતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓને જો તેઓ 2 વ્હીલર ઈલેક્ટીક વાહન ખરીદે તો તેઓને રૂ.12,000/- સબસિડી આપવામાં આવે છે. અને અન્ય વ્યક્તિ/સંસ્થા ને 3 વ્હીલર એટલે કે રીક્ષા ઈલેક્ટ્રીક વાહન ખરીદે તો તેઓ ને રુ.48,000/- ની સબસિડી આપવામાં આવે છે. એટલે કે સરકાર આવા વાહનો પર સબસીડી આપે છે.જેનાથી લોકો વધુ ને વધુ ઈલેક્ટ્રીક વાહન ચલાવે અને પ્રદૂષણ પર નિયંત્રણ લાવી શકાય.

યોજના નો હેતુ

આ યોજના લોન્ચ નો મુખ્ય હેતુ ઈલેક્ટ્રીક ટુ-વ્હીલર ખરીદવા માટે પ્રોત્સાહન કરવાનું છે તે પ્રદૂષણની વધતી જતી સમસ્યાને રોકવામાં મદદ કરશે આ યોજનાના લાભાર્થી નવમા ધોરણથી કોલેજ સુધીના ના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ યોજનાના લાભાર્થી છે.

Vahali dikri yojna

In the period of COVID-19 and the lockdown in the country the Gujarat government's funds were backed up . The amount of Rs.133 Crores were indulged in the scheme. From August 2019 to September 2020 total 9,325 girls are enrolled in the scheme so the state's Women and Child Welfare Department demande that to again avail the forms and extend the benefits of the scheme to 18 months.

To obviate female feticide in Gujarat and to deliver incentive personnel for girls' education in  the poor families

● Enrollment in Class 9th Late Interposition Part Rs. 6,000

● Above 18 years of Higher Education  and wedding Rs. 1,00,000

The government introduced the Daughter scheme in July last year. At the time it came in action in August. The Department of Women and Child Welfare proposed to extend the date of application form so girls have benefits but in between pandemic came in COVID-19. So the government enclosed that that the application time is increased for 6 months and also the application last date is now 18 months from the birth.

The Government of India has announced subsidy for the purchase of e-rickshaws to the unemployed citizens of the country, called the Prime Minister's e-rickshaw scheme, a subsidy of Rs 50,000 under the e-rickshaw scheme. Citizens are given discounts on buying e-rickshaws.

• દેશના કાયમી રહેવાસીઓ જ ઈ-રિક્ષા સબસિડી માટે અરજી કરી શકે છે.
• માત્ર એવા પરિવારો કે જેમની વાર્ષિક/વાર્ષિક આવક રૂ. 1,000,000 કે તેથી ઓછી છે તેમને ઈલેક્ટ્રોનિક રિક્ષા ખરીદવા માટે સબસિડી મળશે.
• ઇ રિક્ષા યોજના હેઠળ આધાર મેળવવા માટે, અરજદારની ઉંમર 18 થી 50 વર્ષની વચ્ચે હોવી આવશ્યક છે.
• PM E રિક્ષા યોજના હેઠળના લાભો મેળવવા માટે, અરજી કરનાર વ્યક્તિ પાસે બેંક ખાતું હોવું જરૂરી છે, તેમજ વ્યક્તિનું બેંક ખાતું કે જે તેના/તેણીના આધાર કાર્ડ સાથે લિંક કરવાનું હોય છે.

• ઇ-રિક્ષા માટે સબસિડી કેવી રીતે મેળવવી? આ માટે તમારે પહેલા ઈ-રિક્ષા યોજના માટે અરજી કરવી પડશે. અરજી કરવા માટે તમારે તમારી નજીકની લેબર ડિપાર્ટમેન્ટ ઓફિસમાં જવું પડશે.

PM Yasasvi (Young Achievers Scholarship Award Scheme for Vibrant India) 2023 has been announced by the Central Government

to help the children of the country's low income group families to complete their education, under which the government provides the benefit of scholarship under the scheme to the talented students of the country whose family's economic condition is not better. For this, students of class 9th to class 11th will be able to participate under the scheme, for the students applying in the scheme, the examination will be conducted under the scheme, on the basis of which the students who are successful in the examination will get the benefit of scholarship. Under the Pradhan Mantri Yashasvi Scholarship, the benefit of scholarship is given to the talented and weak income group children of the country. Under the scheme, the government provides a scholarship amount of Rs 75000 to Rs 125000 per year to the students who are successful in the examination. Under the PM Yasasvi scheme, NTIA releases the list of top class schools, so that the students who want to study in these schools are given the benefit of scholarship. Tuition fee, hostel fee and other allowances are also given along with the scholarship given under the scheme. 

Under the scheme, students will be able to complete their education without any financial problem by getting the benefit of scholarship. Meritorious students of the country will be able to appear in the examination conducted by NTA by applying for the scheme. Such promising students who have to leave their studies incomplete due to financial constraints will also be able to complete their education by getting the benefit of the scholarship. PM Yashasvi Scholarship Scheme Eligibility For applying in PM Yashasvi Post Metric Scheme, the applicant has to fulfill its prescribed eligibility, the information about all such eligibility is as follows. Applicant students must be citizens of India to apply in the scheme. Students studying in class 9th or 11th will be eligible to apply for the scheme. Both boys and girls will be eligible for the application under the PM Yasasvi Post Matric Scholarship scheme, apart from this there is a provision of scholarship for PWD students as well. Applicant students must belong to OBC, EBC or DNT category.

The annual income of the family of the student applying in the scheme should be 250000 or less. Students must be studying in any one of the top schools list issued by NTA. આ યોજના નો લાભ 9 અને 11 માં ધોરણમાં ભણતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ ને જ મળશે.

યોજનાનો લાભ લેનાર બાળકની માતા પિતાની વાર્ષિક આવક 2.50 લાખ થી વધારે ન હોવી જોઈએ.

ધોરણ 9 માં ફોર્મ ભરનાર વિદ્યાર્થીઓ નો જન્મ 01 એપ્રિલ 2006 થી 31 માર્ચ 2010 ની વચ્ચે થયેલો હોવો જોઈએ.

  PM Pranam Scheme યોજનાની મંજૂરીની માહિતી ખાતર મંત્રી મનસુખ માંડવિયાએ આપી હતી. માંડવિયાએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે, કેબિનેટે બુધવારે વૈકલ્પિક ખાતરોને પ્રોત્સાહન આપવા રાજ્યોને પ્રોત્સાહિત કરવા માટે નવી યોજના  મંજૂરી આપી છે. સરકારે આ યોજના માટે 3.68 લાખ કરોડ રૂપિયા ફાળવ્યા છે. આ અંતર્ગત રાજ્યોને આર્થિક મદદ કરવામાં આવશે અને રાજ્યો ખાતરની વ્યવસ્થાને મજબૂત બનાવી શકશે.

  ખેડૂતો માટે અનોખા પેકેજની જાહેરાત

  • CCEA એ ખેડૂતોની સુખાકારી વધારવા, જમીનની ઉત્પાદકતાને પુનર્જીવિત કરવા અને ખાદ્ય સુરક્ષા અને પર્યાવરણીય ટકાઉપણું સુનિશ્ચિત કરવા માટે યોજનાઓના કલગીને મંજૂરી આપી
  • CCEA એ યુરિયા સબસિડી યોજના ચાલુ રાખવાની મંજૂરી આપી; રૂ. 3 વર્ષ (2022-23 થી 2024-25) માટે યુરિયા સબસિડી માટે 3,68,676.7 કરોડ પ્રતિબદ્ધ.
  • રૂ. કચરામાંથી સંપત્તિના નમૂનાનું ઉદાહરણ આપવા માટે બજાર વિકાસ સહાય MDAયોજના માટે 1451 કરોડ મંજૂર; ગોબરધન છોડમાંથી પરાળી અને જૈવિક ખાતરનો ઉપયોગ જમીનને સમૃદ્ધ બનાવવા અને પર્યાવરણને સુરક્ષિત અને સ્વચ્છ રાખવા માટે કરવામાં આવશે.
  • સલ્ફર કોટેડ યુરિયા (યુરિયા ગોલ્ડ) નો પરિચય; જમીનમાં સલ્ફરની ઉણપને દૂર કરવા અને ખેડૂતો માટે ઈનપુટ ખર્ચ બચાવવા

  PM Pranam Schemeથી ભારતમાં એક કરોડથી વધુ ખેડૂતોને ફાયદો થશે. ખાતરોના વિકલ્પોને પ્રોત્સાહન આપવાની સરકારની પહેલ ખેડૂતોને જમીનની ફળદ્રુપતા જાળવવા માટે ખર્ચ-અસરકારક અને પર્યાવરણને અનુકૂળ વિકલ્પો પ્રદાન કરશે. ગોબર ધન યોજના કમ્પ્રેસ્ડ બાયો ગેસના ઉપયોગને પણ પ્રોત્સાહન આપશે, જે કચરો ઘટાડવામાં અને સ્વચ્છ ઉર્જા ઉત્પન્ન કરવામાં મદદ કરશે.

  • કેબિનેટની બેઠક બાદ ખાતર પ્રધાન મનસુખ માંડવિયાએ કહ્યું કે આગામી ત્રણ વર્ષમાં મોદી સરકાર ખેડૂતોના કલ્યાણ માટે 3 લાખ 70 હજાર કરોડ રૂપિયા ખર્ચ કરશે. PM Pranam Scheme
  • કેબિનેટે રૂ.3,70,128.7 કરોડના કુલ ખર્ચ સાથે ખેડૂતોની સુખાકારીને વેગ આપવા, જમીનની ઉત્પાદકતાને પુનર્જીવિત કરવા અને ખાદ્ય સુરક્ષા અને પર્યાવરણીય ટકાઉપણું સુનિશ્ચિત કરવા માટે યોજનાઓના કલગીને મંજૂરી આપી: PIB

  શું છે PM પ્રણામ 

• 2023ના બજેટમાં કેન્દ્રીય નાણાં પ્રધાન નિર્મલા સીતારામને વૈકલ્પિક ખાતરોના પ્રોત્સાહન અને રાસાયણિક ખાતરોના સંતુલિત ઉપયોગ માટે “પીએમ પ્રણામ યોજના” શરૂ કરવાની જાહેરાત કરી હતી. નાણાં મંત્રીએ તેમના ભાષણમાં જણાવ્યું હતું કે, “પીએમ પ્રોગ્રામ ફોર રિસ્ટોરેશન, અવેરનેસ, નરિશમેન્ટ એન્ડ એમિલિયોરેશન ઓફ મધર અર્થ ‘(પીએમ પ્રણામ)  વૈકલ્પિક ખાતરો અને રાસાયણિક ખાતરોના સંતુલિત ઉપયોગને પ્રોત્સાહન આપવા રાજ્યો અને કેન્દ્રશાસિત પ્રદેશોને પ્રોત્સાહિત કરવા માટે શરૂ કરવામાં આવશે.
