Bank Holiday March 2024: If there is any work in the bank, check that the bank will be closed for so many days in the month of March.

Bank Holiday March 2024: A very long holiday is coming in the month of March to settle if there is bank work. If any work related to the bank is pending or if more money is required from the bank, the bank will be closed for such days. These days, if you go to the bank, you will have to be pushed. It is known that on which day the bank will be open and on which day the bank will be closed in the month of March, the list is given below. Bank of India has announced the list of bank holidays in the month of March.

Bank holiday as per local festivals

There will be a total of 14 days bank holiday in the month of March.

The first holiday in the month of March falls on 1st March.

March 1 is a four-foot festival in Mizoram.

Apart from Holi, 12 March is a holiday in many states on the start of Ramzan.

Second and fourth Saturdays are bank holidays.

According to the guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India, banks are closed on Sundays and the second and fourth Saturdays of every month are also bank holidays. The Reserve Bank has announced holidays on March 1, 8, 22, 25, 26, 27 and 29. Apart from this, there are five Sundays in the month of March on 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th and 31st March while 9th and 23rd March fall on the second and fourth Saturday respectively which will be applicable in the banks of every state.

March 1: Bank holiday in Mizoram state on Chapachar foot festival

March 8: Banks are closed in all states across the country except Tripura, Mizoram, Tamil Nadu, Sikkim, Manipur, Itanagar, Rajasthan, Nagaland, West Bengal, New Delhi, Goa, Bihar and Meghalaya due to Mahashivratri.

રિઝર્વ બેન્ક ઓફ ઇન્ડિયા ની ગાઈડલાઈન મુજબ રવિવારે બેન્ક બંધ હોય છે સાથે સાથે દરેક મહિનાના બીજા અને ચોથા શનિવારે પણ બેંકોમાં રજા હોય છે. રિઝર્વ બેંકે 1, 8, 22,25, 26, 27 અને 29 માર્ચે રજા ની જાહેરાત કરી છે. આ સિવાય માર્ચ મહિનામાં 3, 10,17,24 અને 31 માર્ચે પાંચ રવિવાર છે જ્યારે 9 તથા 23 માર્ચ બીજો અને ચોથો શનિવાર અનુક્રમે આવે છે જે દરેક રાજ્યની બેન્કોમાં આ રજા લાગુ પડશે.
