दूसरी ओर, पंजाब सरकार ने 21 सितंबर से अनलॉक 4.0 गाइडलाइन के तहत दी गई छूट के तहत राज्य में एक उच्च शिक्षा संस्थान खोलने का फैसला किया है।  राज्य सरकार के अनुसार, जिस संस्थान में पीएचडी, पीजी तकनीकी या व्यावसायिक पाठ्यक्रम चलाए जाते हैं, वे सभी खोले जाएंगे।  बेशक, इसके लिए स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय के नियमों का पालन करना होगा।

 1. मध्य प्रदेश

 शुक्रवार को मामलों की कुल संख्या एक लाख को पार कर गई।  पूरे दिन में 2552 संक्रमणों की पहचान की गई है।  राज्य में मामलों का प्रतिशत दोगुना हो गया है।  अब हमें 42 दिनों में दोगुने मरीज मिल रहे हैं।  सितंबर के 18 दिनों में, 5000 मामले भोपाल आए हैं।

 2. राजस्थान

 शुक्रवार को रिकॉर्ड 1817 संक्रमण दर्ज किए गए।  अब 1 लाख 11 हजार 290 मामले हैं।  92 हजार 265 लोग बरामद हुए हैं।  1308 की मौत हो चुकी है।  राज्य सरकार ने अस्पताल को संक्रमित कोरोना के परिवारों से मिलने की अनुमति दी है।  हालांकि, मरीज को पीपीई किट, दस्ताने और फेस मास्क पहनना अनिवार्य होगा।
