Features of Pradhan Mantri Gramin Awas Yojana Scheme:

⇒PMGSY combines all of the following schemes together – Aadhaar platform, Skill India and Jan Dhan Yojana, and Make in India. Besides this, the government is also planning to deploy MGNREGA scheme to train and allocate labour

⇒The Swachh Bharat and MGNREGA amongst other institutions funded toilets for the PMGSY scheme

⇔PMAY-G beneficiaries are entitled to get 90 days of wage employment in districts under an integrated action plan (IAP)

• राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण पेयजल कार्यक्रम (NRDWP) द्वारा PMAY-G योजना के तहत घरों में पीने के पानी की आपूर्ति की जाएगी
• PMAY-G के लाभार्थियों को स्वच्छ और कुशल खाना पकाने वाला ईंधन प्रदान किया जाएगा
• PMAY-G योजना के तहत घरों के ठोस और तरल कचरे का प्रबंधन किया जाएगा
• पीएमएवाई-जी आवास के लाभार्थियों को कई सुविधाएं जैसे कि बायो-फेंस किए गए कदम, पक्के रास्ते, सड़क आदि प्रदान किए जाएंगे।
• ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के लोगों के लिए अगले तीन वर्षों में 1 करोड़ पक्के मकान बनाए जाने हैं

एलिजिबिलिटी क्राइटेरिया फॉर प्माय ग्रामीण: प्रधान मंत्री ग्रामीण आवास योजना

• Scheduled Tribes / Scheduled Castes
• Freed bonded labourers
• Minorities and non – SC/ST rural households in the BPL category
• Widows and next-of-kin to defence personnel/paramilitary forces killed in action (irrespective of their income criteria), ex-servicemen and retire Scheme
• The family applying for a loan under this scheme must include a husband, wife and child/children that are unmarried

• The family must not own a pucca house
• The applicant and his family must fulfil the income criteria mandated by this scheme and has to belong to either the EWS (Economically Weaker Section), LIG (Lower Income Group), or BPL (Below Poverty Line) category Pradhan Mantri Gramin Awaas Yojana
• The income of the applicant’s family should be between Rs.3 lakh and Rs.6 lakh p.a.
  Any loan amount above Rs.6 lakh, the interest rate on the additional amount will be as per the market rate

15. निर्माण की लागत का दावा करने वाला प्रमाण पत्र
16. आधिकारिक मूल्यांकनकर्ता का प्रमाण पत्र
17. एक शपथ पत्र में न तो आवेदक और न ही उसके परिवार के सदस्यों के पास पक्के मकान हैं
18. बिल्डर को किए गए किसी भी अग्रिम भुगतान की रसीद
19. डेवलपर या बिल्डर के साथ निर्माण अनुबंध
20. एक हाउसिंग सोसायटी से एनओसी
21. संपत्ति के आवंटन को इंगित करते हुए पत्र
