According to information received, the state government is considering starting a new semester of education early. The education department is also considering shortening the summer vacation.

The seventh unit test will be taken in the final week of this month. Students’ results are then likely to be announced based on the results of all seven tests.
Students of Std. 1 to 8 will be given result not on the basis of mass promotion but on the basis of unit test assessment and will be graded in the next class. .
